Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to set a minimum level for stable dividends, and when profits exceed a certain threshold, to pay dividends linked to performance at a consolidated payout ratio of 25%. Dividends are determined by Board of Directors resolution twice per year. We have also introduced a mechanism to add back a portion of depreciation expenses in cases where dividends would otherwise fall below the prior year's level.</p>
