<p>Our basic policy is to conduct appropriate dividends while securing internal reserves for investment in high-growth, high-profitability business areas, taking into comprehensive consideration our earnings situation and future business development. Specifically, we aim to maintain stable annual dividends of 50 yen per share and target a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 40%, with dividends paid twice yearly (interim and year-end).</p>
