<p>Our basic policy is to target a dividend payout ratio of approximately 40%, while pursuing dividend growth through profit expansion. We will implement dividends twice per year (interim and year-end), and conduct flexible share buybacks based on capital management using Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio of 11-12% as our benchmark.</p>
