<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Since its founding, the Company has aimed to provide broadcasting services for local residents and has grown together with the community. Regarding shareholder returns, the Company's basic policy is to maintain stable dividends in line with business performance. Since the 7th fiscal period, the Company has paid ordinary dividends of 60 yen per share, and additionally pays commemorative dividends of 15 to 25 yen per share at five-year milestones in addition to ordinary dividends. The Company's basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings once per fiscal year as year-end dividends. The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for dividend distributions.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the current fiscal year, based on the above policy, the Company has decided to implement ordinary dividends of 60 yen per share.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Regarding retained earnings, the Company intends to make effective investments to strengthen its financial position and ensure stable management.</p>
