<p style="margin-left: 36px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company has maintained a policy of providing long-term and stable dividends to shareholders. To strengthen our corporate structure to withstand challenging business environments, we consider our financial situation comprehensively while securing internal funds for reinvestment and maintaining stable dividends based on medium- to long-term business plans.<br/>
　Our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends with a record date of September 30 may be paid by board resolution, and year-end dividends with a record date of March 31 may be paid by shareholder resolution. Currently, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year in the form of year-end dividends from retained earnings.<br/>
　Based on the above policy, the dividend from retained earnings for the current fiscal year was approved at the 85th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 19, 2025, at 15 yen per share, with a total dividend amount of 7,800 thousand yen.</p>
