<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Since our listing, we have prioritized stable profit returns to shareholders and have made it our basic policy to pay dividends while taking into account consolidated business performance trends and financial conditions. However, our group has experienced continued declines in consolidated retained earnings due to sluggish performance in recent years. In light of current business results, we plan to suspend dividends this period. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our shareholders. Going forward, we are committed to improving business performance so that we can return to profitability and resume dividend payments as soon as possible, and we appreciate your continued support.
Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.
The decision-making bodies for these dividends are the shareholders' meeting for the year-end dividend and the board of directors for the interim dividend.
Our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be paid by board resolution to shareholders or registered pledgees recorded in the final shareholder register as of June 30 each year.

We prioritize stable profit returns to shareholders and base our dividend policy on consolidated business performance and financial conditions. We aim to pay dividends twice annually through interim and year-end distributions.
