<h3>3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 12px; text-align: left">　The Company positions the return of profits to shareholders as one of its important management policies. Regarding dividend policy, the Company adopts a performance-linked dividend payout ratio approach. The basic policy is to pay appropriate dividends based on performance, using a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 35% as the benchmark.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12px; text-align: left">　Retained earnings are used to strengthen the Company's financial position and to invest in capital expenditures such as new contact centers and information systems. The Company aims to respond to the expansion of its services while working to improve service quality. By expanding the Company's business, enhancing the added value of services, and pursuing profits, we aim to meet the expectations of our shareholders.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12px; text-align: left">　Regarding the dividend of surplus at the end of the current fiscal year, based on the above policy, the Company plans to pay a year-end dividend of 106 yen per share.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12px; text-align: left">　The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends of surplus once per year as a year-end dividend. The Articles of Incorporation provide that dividends may be paid by resolution of the Board of Directors in addition to resolution by the shareholders' meeting. The record date for year-end dividends is March 31 each year, and the record date for interim dividends is September 30 each year.</p>
