However, we believe that prioritizing the strengthening of internal reserves and allocating resources to business efficiency improvements and expansion investments will ultimately provide the greatest return of profits to shareholders.Based on this principle, the Company has not paid dividends since its founding and intends to continue focusing on strengthening internal reserves for the foreseeable future. Looking ahead, while enhancing profitability and establishing a stronger business foundation, the Company plans to provide stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders, taking into account the status of internal reserves and the business environment. However, the timing and feasibility of dividend payments have not been determined at this time.When the Company distributes surplus earnings, its basic policy is to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. The Company's articles of incorporation also provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be paid by board of directors resolution.

Since its founding, the company has maintained a no-dividend policy and prioritizes building up retained earnings to fund business expansion in the near term. Going forward, the company plans to strengthen profitability and develop its business foundation, while considering its retained earnings situation to implement stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders. However, the timing of dividend implementation remains undecided. When dividends are implemented, the basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end.
