<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain continuous and stable dividends, targeting a dividend payout ratio of 30% based on assumed net income (calculated by deducting the statutory effective tax rate from consolidated operating profit), with an annual minimum dividend of 12 yen per share. We pay dividends twice per year (interim and year-end), and determine profit allocation by balancing the strengthening and maintenance of our financial position, enhancement of corporate value, and investments for growth strategies.</p>
