<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>
The Company regards enhancing corporate value over the medium to long term and returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Regarding dividends, we aim for a dividend payout ratio of 25% while taking into account stability and continuity, and comprehensively considering business performance, financial condition, and payout ratio. The Board of Directors is the decision-making body for dividends.
Retained earnings will be allocated to capital expenditures, investments such as M&A, repayment of interest-bearing debt, and other purposes, taking into account the balance between future corporate growth and financial stability.
For the current fiscal year, we have declared regular dividends of 26 yen per share as an interim dividend and 9 yen per share as a year-end dividend. As a result, the annual dividend for the current fiscal year is 35 yen per share. The Company conducted a stock split at a ratio of 1 share to 3 shares effective April 1, 2025. The year-end dividend per share for the current fiscal year is stated after this stock split. Without considering the stock split, the year-end dividend for the current fiscal year would be 27 yen, and the annual dividend would be 53 yen.
