Dividend Policy
<p>We aim to maximize shareholder returns while maintaining appropriate retained earnings. Our policy is to implement continuous dividends with a target payout ratio of 15%. Dividends are normally paid once annually as a year-end dividend, though our articles of incorporation also permit interim dividends. We plan to use retained earnings to strengthen our financial position, invest in workforce expansion and development, and fund investments to diversify our revenue base and enhance profitability.</p>
