Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to continue stable dividends in accordance with business performance, with a target of maintaining a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 35% or higher on a continuous basis. Dividends are paid twice annually as a basic policy: interim dividends and year-end dividends. Retained earnings are allocated to strengthen equity capital and are effectively utilized for strengthening our corporate foundation and new business initiatives.</p>
