<p>We maintain a stable and continuous dividend policy, with a basic principle of targeting a dividend payout ratio of 30% or higher. Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend. Regarding share buybacks, we plan to implement approximately 7 billion yen during the medium-term management plan period, while maintaining financial discipline and optimizing our equity capital.</p>
