<p>Our basic dividend policy is performance-linked dividends with a target payout ratio of 50%. However, we maintain a minimum annual dividend per share of 50 yen. We distribute dividends twice yearly through interim and year-end dividends. We allocate retained earnings to priority investments in growth areas, and we will consider opportunistic share buybacks.</p>
