<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;padding-left:22.5pt;">The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. At the same time, we maintain sufficient internal reserves needed for reinvestment to support active business expansion. We will implement an appropriate dividend policy that takes into account our operating results, financial condition, and dividend payout ratio.<br/>　The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, while the year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting.<br/>　For the current period, due to accumulated losses in retained earnings, we will not pay dividends in order to stabilize our management foundation.<br/>　We will continue our efforts to improve business performance with the aim of resuming dividends, and we appreciate your understanding.<br/>　The Company's articles of incorporation provide for the ability to pay interim dividends.</p>
