<p>Our basic dividend policy is performance-linked dividends, which are determined in accordance with consolidated earnings results. We target a total dividend payout of 30% of net income attributable to parent company shareholders. We distribute dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividend payments. Retained earnings are allocated to effective and efficient investments, including new store openings, new business development, and strengthening of internal infrastructure.</p>
