<p>Our basic dividend policy is to implement continuous dividend increases with a target consolidated dividend payout ratio (DOE) of 4.0% or higher, while also targeting ROE of 10.0% or above. Dividends are paid twice annually as a basic policy—interim and year-end dividends. Retained earnings are allocated to strategic investments including capital expenditures and M&A activities.</p>
