<p>Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends that move in line with our business performance, while securing the internal reserves necessary for future business expansion and strengthening our corporate foundation. We target a dividend payout ratio in the range of 40% to 60%, with a goal of 60% by the fiscal year ending March 2027. We will use retained earnings effectively to strengthen our financial position and expand our business, investing in service development and quality improvement.</p>
