</h3>The Company views returning profits to shareholders as an important element of its management strategy. Our basic policy is to implement dividends in accordance with earnings and cash flow conditions, while taking into account the need to maintain a stable management foundation and build sufficient retained earnings for future business expansion.The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors.Regarding the current period's dividend, we have decided not to pay a dividend at this time in order to strengthen our management foundation by building larger retained earnings. We sincerely apologize to our shareholders for this decision.We intend to use retained earnings to secure a stable management foundation while effectively deploying these funds toward further business performance improvement and business development in the future.The Company's articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may authorize interim dividends with May 31 as the reference date each year.

Our basic policy is to implement dividends in accordance with our earnings and cash flow situation, with dividends paid twice annually (interim and year-end). We plan to effectively utilize retained earnings to strengthen our management foundation and support future business expansion.
