<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company is currently in a growth phase and believes that building up retained earnings is important. Accordingly, the Company has not paid dividends since its establishment. While the Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority, it believes that strengthening retained earnings and allocating funds to investments for enhancing profitability and establishing business foundations will lead to further business expansion and ultimately result in more stable and sustainable profit returns to shareholders in the future.
Retained earnings will be used to strengthen the Company's financial position and serve as a financial resource for future business development to address anticipated changes in the operating environment.
In the future, the Company will consider profit distribution to shareholders taking into account operating results and financial condition. However, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined at this time.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per year as a year-end dividend. Pursuant to Article 459 of the Companies Act, the Company's articles of incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may resolve to pay dividends from surplus. The Company's articles of incorporation also provide that interim dividends may be paid.
