CKD Corporation operates with 21 subsidiaries and primarily manufactures and sells automated machinery and various equipment. CKD's business is divided into two main segments: the automated machinery division and the equipment division.
The automated machinery division provides automatic packaging systems, image processing inspection systems, lithium-ion battery manufacturing systems, and three-dimensional solder printing inspection equipment both domestically and internationally. Within Japan, CKD Corporation and CKD Field Engineering Corporation play key roles.
The equipment division is further subdivided into four categories: actuators, pneumatic control equipment, pneumatic-related equipment, and fluid control equipment. Actuators include pneumatic cylinders and electric actuators.
The pneumatic control equipment division provides pneumatic directional control valves and manual switching valves. Pneumatic-related equipment includes gas generators for nitrogen and compressed air, refrigerated dryers, filters, and regulators.
