<p>Our basic policy is to enhance corporate value through medium to long-term business growth and provide stable dividends to shareholders. We will continue to pay dividends based on a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% or higher. We will distribute surplus earnings once per fiscal year through year-end dividends, while taking into account the maintenance of sound financial health and the need for adequate retained earnings to support active business development.</p>
