<p>As we are currently in a growth phase, our basic policy is to build up retained earnings and allocate them to investments for future business expansion and strengthening our management foundation. Looking ahead, we will work to enhance profitability and establish a solid business base while implementing stable and continuous returns to shareholders. When we do pay dividends, we plan to do so twice per year as a general rule.</p>
