<p>Under the new medium-term management plan, we will maintain a minimum annual dividend of 60 yen per common share and raise our dividend payout ratio from the previous 30% or more to 40% or more. Our basic policy is to provide stable and growth-linked returns to shareholders. Dividends will be paid twice annually, and retained earnings will be allocated to research and development investments and business expansion aimed at becoming a comprehensive infrastructure services company.</p>
