<p>Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividend payments. However, as we are currently in a growth phase, we prioritize building up retained earnings. The timing and feasibility of dividend payments remain undetermined at this time. We plan to use retained earnings to strengthen our financial position for stable management foundations and to fund investments for business growth. Should we implement dividends, we will do so on a once-yearly basis at the fiscal year-end.</p>
