The Company believes that building up internal reserves is important for strengthening its financial position toward long-term stability of its management foundation and for achieving continuous business expansion and development. Since its establishment, the Company has not paid dividends, including in the current fiscal year.
However, the Company recognizes that maximizing shareholder value is one of its important management objectives. In the future, the Company intends to consider paying dividends from surplus earnings while maintaining a balance with internal reserves, taking into comprehensive account its financial condition, business performance trends, and business and investment plans.
The Company intends to effectively utilize retained earnings as funds for strengthening its financial position toward long-term stability of its management foundation and for enhancing continuous business expansion and development.
When the Company pays dividends from surplus earnings in the future, it will be based on the policy of once per year, and the decision-making body for such dividends is the shareholders' meeting. The Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by resolution of the board of directors.

The company has maintained a no-dividend policy since its establishment, prioritizing the accumulation of retained earnings to strengthen its financial position and support long-term business stability and expansion.
