Mandom is a corporate group primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sale of cosmetics. The group consists of Mandom Corporation as the parent company, 18 subsidiaries, and 1 affiliated company. Operations are primarily divided among Japan, Indonesia, and other overseas regions.

Management Policy
Mandom has renewed its corporate philosophy on the occasion of its 90th anniversary, establishing a new ideological framework based on the concept of "human-centered values." This philosophy aims to create value that only humans can achieve in an era of advancing digitalization and AI. To fulfill its mission in society, Mandom values the principles its employees must uphold and the spirit from its founding.
Mandom has formulated "VISION2027" toward its 100th anniversary in 2027, aiming to become a cosmetics company with unique and distinctive strengths. The 11-year period is divided into three medium-term management plans: Foundation Building Phase, Transformation and Challenge Phase, and Growth Acceleration Phase.

From fiscal year 2024, it has introduced a CxO system to optimize management resources across the group and accelerate decision-making. Priority initiatives include improving profitability in Japan operations, restructuring Indonesia operations, and achieving quantitative growth in the ASEAN region.
