<p>We position shareholder returns as a key priority. While securing retained earnings necessary for sustainable growth, we comprehensively consider periodic earnings and cash flow conditions. Our basic policy is to implement shareholder returns with a dividend payout ratio of 35% or higher based on consolidated results. We pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end—and effectively allocate retained earnings to research and development, human capital development investments, and M&A activities.</p>
