<h3>3 Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic dividend policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually and interim dividends based on business performance. However, the Company is currently in a stage of upfront investment in research and development, and since its founding, has not paid dividends or distributed surplus to shareholders.
For the foreseeable future, we plan to prioritize allocating funds to strengthen our corporate foundation and continue research and development activities, and do not intend to pay dividends at this time. However, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority, and we will consider dividend payments in light of future business performance and financial condition.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with December 31 as the base date by resolution of the Board of Directors. The decision-making authority for dividend distributions is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the Board of Directors for interim dividends.
