We implement dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividends. We have adopted a progressive dividend policy that does not reduce dividends, and we maintain a dividend payout ratio of 30% or more, excluding special factors. Retained earnings are allocated to research and development expenditures, capital investments, and the expansion and strengthening of our business operations.</p>
