<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>Our Group is currently in a growth phase. We believe it is important to build up internal reserves to strengthen our financial position for long-term stability and to pursue continuous business expansion. For this reason, we have not paid dividends since our establishment. However, we recognize maximizing shareholder returns as one of our key management objectives. Regarding future dividend payments to shareholders, we will consider them comprehensively by taking into account business performance trends, financial condition, and future business and investment plans, while maintaining a balance with internal reserves.For the current fiscal year, we will not pay a dividend. We intend to use retained earnings effectively as funds to realize continuous business expansion and development in response to anticipated changes in the operating environment. This includes strengthening our product and service development capabilities to meet market needs, making investments for global expansion, and reinforcing our financial position for long-term stability.When we do pay dividends, we plan to do so once per year at the fiscal year-end. The decision-making authority for dividends rests with the shareholders' meeting. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution.

We consider dividend payments to shareholders while balancing retained earnings, taking into account business performance trends, financial condition, and future business and investment plans. When distributing surplus earnings, we plan to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end, while interim dividends are also possible. Retained earnings will be used to strengthen our product and service development capabilities and to fund global expansion investments.
