At present, we believe that building up retained earnings and actively investing in operational efficiency and business expansion will provide the greatest return of profits to shareholders. However, the Company also recognizes that returning profits to shareholders is an important management objective. Our policy is to consider profit returns to shareholders in the future while taking into account the operating results of each fiscal year. At this time, the possibility and timing of dividend implementation remain undetermined. Retained earnings will be used as capital for business expansion.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:13pt;font-size:9pt;">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that dividends and other distributions of surplus may be executed by Board of Directors resolution in accordance with Article 459 of the Companies Act. The record date for year-end dividends is set as September 30, and the record date for interim dividends is set as March 31.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;line-height:14pt;">　</p>
