<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. We will pay dividends while securing internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial foundation, taking into comprehensive consideration our financial condition and business performance. However, at present, we are focusing on continuous growth and enhancing corporate value by allocating management resources to business fields where medium to long-term expansion is anticipated. For the time being, we prioritize building internal reserves and securing investment funds for business operations.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Under Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that year-end dividends (with a record date of March 31) and interim dividends (with a record date of September 30) may be determined by Board of Directors resolution regarding the distribution of surplus and other matters.</p>

<p>Our dividend policy is to pay dividends while maintaining retained earnings and taking into account our overall financial position and business performance. However, for the time being, we are prioritizing the securing of funds for business investment by building up retained earnings to support medium to long-term business expansion. We have established a system that allows us to implement year-end dividends (as of March 31) and interim dividends (as of September 30) through board of directors resolutions.</p>
