<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. While aiming to enhance corporate value through strategic investments such as new business development, research and development, and M&A necessary for future growth, the Company's basic policy is to pay dividends each period with a dividend on equity (DOE) of approximately 3% as a target for shareholder returns.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">However, regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, in light of the management situation, the Company has determined that strengthening internal reserves and allocating funds to infrastructure improvements for existing businesses and investments to create a second revenue pillar should be the top priority. Accordingly, the Company will not pay a year-end dividend.</p>

<p>Our basic dividend policy is to pay dividends each period with a target dividend payout ratio (DOE) of 3% on equity. We will use retained earnings for advance investments such as new business development, research and development, and M&A, as well as for strengthening the foundation of existing businesses and creating a second pillar of revenue.</p>
