<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company views strengthening its financial position and securing competitive advantage as important management priorities, alongside returning profits to shareholders. We currently consider ourselves to be in a growth phase. We believe that building up retained earnings and allocating funds to business efficiency improvements and expansion investments will deliver the greatest returns to shareholders. Based on this approach, we have not paid dividends since our founding. Going forward, our basic policy is to maintain necessary retained earnings to support future business development and strengthen our management foundation.
We will use retained earnings effectively as capital to strengthen our financial position for long-term stability of our management base, and to realize business efficiency improvements and continuous expansion.
When the Company pays dividends from surplus, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends. The decision-making authority for dividend payments rests with the shareholders' meeting.
The Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with a record date of August 31 each year by resolution of the board of directors.

Our basic policy is to retain earnings for future business development and strengthening our financial position. We currently do not pay dividends. Retained earnings are used to strengthen our financial condition and to fund business efficiency improvements and expansion. Should we decide to pay dividends in the future, we will do so as year-end dividends.
