<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company views returning profits to shareholders as a top management priority, while also strengthening its financial position and building up internal reserves for business expansion.
Our basic dividend policy going forward is to continue implementing shareholder dividends based on business performance, targeting a total payout ratio of approximately 20%, while strengthening earnings capacity and improving our business foundation. We will take into account the status of internal reserves and the business environment surrounding the Company. Internal reserves will be used as a medium to long-term source of capital for business expansion.
When dividends are paid, our basic policy is to distribute dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The dividend decision-making body is the shareholders' meeting. Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be implemented by board of directors resolution.
Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, taking into account the Company's performance this period, we regret to inform that no dividend will be paid.

Our basic dividend policy is performance-linked dividends targeting a total payout ratio of 20%, which we will continue to implement while considering strengthening profitability, reinforcing our business foundation, and building internal reserves. Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend. We plan to use retained earnings as a medium to long-term source of capital for business expansion.
