Management Policy

Seren aims to be a good company for the 21st century, with a fundamental policy of earning trust from shareholders, business partners, employees, and local communities. Under this policy, the company adopts "Gogen Shugi" (Five Principles) as a shared mindset and pursues innovation in corporate structure and reform of corporate constitution. Each employee is expected to demonstrate initiative and responsibility, prioritize fair spirit and compliance, and work toward enhancing corporate value and fulfilling social responsibility.

To respond to changing business environments and achieve stable profitability and corporate growth, Seren has established four core strategies. First, the company will advance digitalization and business model transformation to build new business models. Second, it will promote non-apparel and non-textile diversification, creating new businesses leveraging proprietary technologies. Third, it will pursue globalization to expand operations on a global scale. Finally, it will reform corporate constitution to build a stronger organization.

The medium-term management plan targets a shift from materials to finished products and from B2B to B2C, aiming to expand sales operations in high-value-added distribution positions. In digitalization, the company will advance digital transformation and strengthen its proprietary digital production system "Viscotecs®." In non-apparel and non-textile diversification, it will expand operations across eight growth sectors, including next-generation automotive seat materials and artificial satellites.

In globalization, Seren will expand revenues in emerging markets and advance optimal-location production and sourcing. In corporate reform, the company will pursue mindset transformation, strengthen research and development capabilities, and improve capital efficiency. Additionally, as part of sustainability initiatives, Seren will advance energy-saving activities and develop environmentally responsive products while enhancing corporate governance transparency. Through these strategies, Seren is pursuing reform to become a life-value creation company.
