<p>Our basic dividend policy is to distribute performance-linked dividends based on 30% of net income attributable to owners of the parent company. Our articles of incorporation permit interim dividends, enabling us to implement dividends twice per year. We will effectively utilize retained earnings while maintaining a healthy balance between shareholders' equity and interest-bearing debt, in support of future business development and expansion.</p>
