Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to balance growth investments with shareholder returns. We pay dividends twice a year—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. For fiscal years 2023-2025, we target a total payout ratio of approximately 40-50%. From fiscal year 2025 onward, we set a minimum annual dividend level that meets a 4% Dividend on Equity (DOE).</p>
