<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends while giving due consideration to retained earnings necessary for future business development and strengthening of our management foundation. The Board of Directors serves as the decision-making body for dividend distributions, and our Articles of Incorporation authorize the payment of dividends from retained earnings.
However, as our company is in a growth phase, we have not paid dividends since our establishment in order to build up retained earnings for future business development and strengthening of our management foundation. We apologize, but we plan to maintain a no-dividend policy for the time being as we focus on business expansion.
We intend to utilize retained earnings effectively as capital for strengthening our financial position toward long-term stability of our management foundation and for realizing continuous business expansion and development.
Future dividend payments will be determined in light of our business performance and financial condition.
We are committed to making dividend payments to our shareholders as soon as possible.
When dividend payments are made, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually. Our Articles of Incorporation also authorize interim dividends once per year. The Board of Directors decides on both interim and year-end dividends.
