<p>We consider returning profits to shareholders as a key priority. Our basic dividend policy is to pay dividends equal to whichever is larger: a Dividend on Equity (DOE) of 4% or a consolidated payout ratio of 50%. This approach balances shareholder returns with the internal reserves needed for future business development and strengthening our financial position. We implement dividends twice a year through interim and year-end payments.</p>
