<p>Our basic dividend policy is to implement dividends with a target payout ratio of 22.5%, taking into comprehensive consideration future growth investments, business development status, operating results, and financial condition. We plan to pay dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. We retain earnings internally to invest in responding to the accommodation market, creating new products and services, and launching new businesses.</p>
