<p>Our basic policy is to distribute dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end, with a dividend payout ratio of approximately 50% of net income for the period. We aim to balance profit distribution to shareholders while maintaining adequate retained earnings. Retained earnings are reserved to strengthen our financial position and prepare for active business expansion, as well as to fund flexible capital strategies such as share buybacks.</p>
