<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its highest priorities. We will consider implementing profit dividends by comprehensively taking into account our business performance, strengthening of our management foundation, and future growth prospects. We also aim to enhance corporate value by steadily recovering our advance investments and achieving continuous growth, thereby contributing to the interests of our shareholders.
However, the Company has not paid dividends to date and currently carries accumulated losses at the end of this fiscal period. Therefore, our priority is to secure internal reserves and work toward eliminating accumulated losses at an early stage. We will allocate funds to capital investments and research and development investments for obtaining manufacturing and sales approvals for regenerative medicine products, as well as capital investments and sales activities for customer acquisition in the cell processing business. Through these efforts, we will strengthen our corporate foundation and pursue business growth.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends from surplus twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors.
The Company's articles of incorporation provide that an interim dividend may be paid with March 31 as the record date, upon resolution of the board of directors.

We view returning profits to shareholders as an important priority. We consider dividend implementation by comprehensively taking into account our business performance, strengthening our management foundation, and future growth prospects. Currently, we prioritize eliminating accumulated losses and capital expenditures and research and development investments. We aim to strengthen our corporate foundation by securing internal reserves. When we implement dividends, our basic policy is to pay twice annually—interim and year-end dividends.
