<p>Our basic policy is to provide stable dividends while taking retained earnings into consideration. We will maintain a minimum annual dividend of 80 yen per share and a dividend payout ratio of 30% or higher. We will consider dividend increases and share buybacks in response to medium to long-term earnings growth, and we will pay dividends twice per year (interim and year-end).</p>
