The decision-making body for such dividend payments is the shareholders' meeting.<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;">Regarding the dividend for this fiscal year, based on the above policy, the Company plans to implement a dividend of 100 yen per share, which will be resolved at the ordinary shareholders' meeting scheduled for February 26, 2026.
