Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to provide long-term stable dividends, targeting a consolidated payout ratio of 40%. However, we have set a minimum dividend of 170 yen per share and will adopt whichever is higher between the payout ratio and this minimum threshold. We pay dividends twice annually (interim and year-end), and retained earnings are allocated to capital expenditures and rationalization investments to strengthen competitiveness over the medium to long term.</p>
