<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company's basic policy is to implement year-end dividends as of March 31 each year by resolution of the shareholders' meeting, taking into comprehensive consideration the business outlook, changes in the operating environment, and other factors, while maintaining an appropriate balance between profit returns to shareholders and the adequacy of shareholder equity.
The Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid as of September 30 each year by resolution of the Board of Directors.
Retained earnings will be effectively utilized for future business operations, including allocation toward the acquisition of high-quality operating assets.

Our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends with a record date of March 31 each year, balancing shareholder returns with the maintenance of adequate shareholder equity. Our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends with a record date of September 30. We will effectively deploy retained earnings toward acquiring high-quality operating assets and other strategic business purposes.
