Our basic policy is to make appropriate profit distributions by comprehensively considering shareholder investment value, impact on the Company's financial condition, earnings performance, dividend payout ratio, and the need to maintain adequate internal reserves for future business development.<p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:18pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide for interim dividends with a record date of September 30 each year. Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—interim dividends and year-end dividends.
