<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company distributes profits based on the fundamental policy of paying dividends once per fiscal year, while maintaining stable dividends and building sufficient retained earnings for future needs. The General Meeting of Shareholders is the decision-making body for dividend determinations.
In the current fiscal period, taking into account business performance and management environment, the Company implemented a dividend of 14 yen per share, totaling 9,600 million yen, as resolved at the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 25, 2025. As a result, the consolidated dividend payout ratio for the current fiscal period is 5.5%.
Retained earnings are allocated to capital expenditures and other purposes.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with June 30 as the record date, subject to Board of Directors resolution.
For the 15th fiscal period, the Company paid a dividend of 13 yen per share, totaling 8,914 million yen, as resolved at the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 26, 2024.

Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable dividends while building up internal reserves for future needs. We implement surplus dividends once per year. Internal reserves are allocated toward capital expenditures and other investments. Additionally, our articles of incorporation allow for interim dividends with a reference date of June 30 each year.
